Why don't I see the toolbar on my browser?

 
If you have installed the Radio Oz toolbar and do not see the icon, or you installed a new version of Internet Explorer and the Radio Oz toolbar is no longer displayed, go to View > Toolbars and click on the Radio Oz option. If you don't see the Radio Oz toolbar listed, follow the instructions below.

How can I move the Radio Oz toolbar to a different location?

 
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, you must unlock the toolbars before you can move them. Right click on the toolbar and deselect the Lock the Toolbars option.
 
You can change the location of the Radio Oz toolbar on your browser by clicking and dragging the vertical separator bar to the left of the Radio Oz icon by placing the Radio Oz toolbar in the desired location. This functionality enables you to place two (or more) toolbars on the same line if you want to conserve space in your browser.
 
Please note that, as with all of Internet Explorer's toolbars, you can only move the Radio Oz toolbar to locations on the top of your browser window. Toolbars can not be placed on the side or bottom of the browser window.

Why don't I see the Radio Oz toolbar listed in the Internet Explorer toolbars list?

 
Some earlier builds of Internet Explorer 5.0 have a known problem with their toolbars. The Radio Oz toolbar may be listed under the name 'Radio' (usually the second such listing). Go to View > Toolbars and click on the second Radio option.

Does the Radio Oz toolbar conflict with my browser or other add-ons?

 
No, the Radio Oz toolbar is designed to run without affecting any other system add-ons.

I installed the new version of Internet Explorer (6.0).
Why doesn't the Radio Oz icon appear on my browser?

 
In Internet Explorer, go to View > Toolbars and check that the Radio Oz option is selected. If not, select it.

I'm trying to uninstall the Radio Oz toolbar but keep getting an error message. What should I do?

 
Install the Radio Oz toolbar again and then uninstall it.

Do I need to pay for using the Radio Oz toolbar?

 
No, the Radio Oz toolbar is free of charge.

When will you have the Radio Oz toolbar available for other platforms?

At this time the Radio Oz toolbar does not work with MSN Explorer.
