Why
doesn't a station work?
Some
stations do not work properly. The reason may be that the station is
corrupted or temporarily unavailable. Please refer to Media
Player Troubleshooting for more help.
Why
does the radio fail to load?
Some
third party software, like a firewall or anti-virus, can cause the toolbar
radio to malfunction. If you are experiencing weird behavior with the
radio and have some kind of software like this installed then please
try to disable it, refresh the toolbar, and see if it solves the
problem. If you do find that it helps then please contact us and let us
know about it. |
